SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the winch. The winch has a winch drum (30), one main drive (10) driving the input shaft (35) of the winch drum gearing, one emergency drive (20) driving, if necessary, the input drive of the gearing. Wherein there is possibility to connect, if necessary, the emergency drive with driven wheel (70) of the gearing input shaft using one intermediate wheel (100). The invention also relates to the construction vehicle or lifting gear with one such winch.
