FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of chemistry, in particular to method of weed control on cultivated area, as well as to method of controlling glyphosate-tolerant weeds on cultivated area, which include application of effective quantity of AHAS-inhibiting herbicide on cultivated area having soybean plant. Also disclosed is separated molecule of nucleic acid, coding modified form of AHASL protein, which contains substitution of serine for asparagines in 653 (S653N) position, transgenic soybean plant, seed and part of plant, containing thereof, separated pair of nucleic acid primers for its amplification and method of thereof-assisted detection of presence of nucleic acid molecule. Disclosed is construction of recombinant nucleic acid for obtaining plant, tolerant to AHAS-inhibiting herbicide. Also disclosed is method of increasing soybean plant productivity on cultivated area, including application of effective quantity of AHAS-inhibiting herbicide on soybean plants.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively control glyphosate-tolerant weeds on cultivated area.
