Also disclosed are methods for detecting the presence of nucleic acid in a sample, a method of producing a transgenic maize plant, a method of cultivating a transgenic maize plant, a method of controlling weeds, a method of protecting plants using said nucleic acid. Disclosed are a kit for detecting DNA, a plant cell, part of a plant, a food product, a feed product, a filler, a cosmetic preparation containing said nucleic acid molecule.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain transgenic plants resistant to herbicide.
