FIELD: methods of preparation of cement clinker from powder-like cement material.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preheating of raw material and probably calcination of suspended matter in heater due to heat exchange with hot waste gases; preheated and probably calcined material is subjected to final calcination and roasting in rotary kiln; hot clinker is cooled in cooler and dust is separated from waste gases in filtering unit. Specific feature of proposed method consists in introduction of dust from filtering unit at the end of introduction of material into rotary kiln in way opposite to flow of gases which is necessary for reducing the temperature in kiln from 830 to 850 C for condensation of salts on surfaces of particles of fine filter dust. Description of device proposed for realization of this method is given in the Specification.

EFFECT: considerable reduction of coats on kiln riser walls.
