SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a group of 13 inventions. It includes compositions and methods for respiratory delivery of formoterol, a long-lasting muscarinic antagonist and/or glycopyrrolate, a long-lasting β₂-adrenergic receptor agonist through an inhaler with a metered dose, as well as the above inhaler and methods of treating a pulmonary disease or disorder with using them. The pharmaceutical composition and the inhaler containing it contain the above active substances, a number of suspending particles insoluble in a suspension medium, dry perforated microstructures containing phospholipid; total weight of the suspending particles exceeds that of the active substance and forms a co-suspension with them.

EFFECT: technical effect consists in providing the physical and chemical stability of the composition, providing uniformity of the dose delivered by the co-suspension as far as the inhaler clears.
