SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a container for use in a measured dose inhaler with compressed air spraying (hereinafter – pMDI device) and pMDI device containing the above-mentioned container. The container for use in the measured dose inhaler with compressed air spraying (pMDI device) contains a composition containing at least corticosteroid, beclomethasone dipropionate, long-acting beta-2 agonist (hereinafter – LABA), formoterol dihydrate fumarate, glycopirronium or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, LAMA agent, and HFA152a or HFO-1234ze propellent. At the same time, the specified container is covered from an outer side with coating containing fluorinated ethylene-propylene polymer (FEP), where the specified container is equipped with a valve having one sealing ring made of cycloolefin copolymer (COC) and two sealing rings of polymer of ethylenepropylenediene monomer (EPDM), or a valve having two sealing rings of chlorobutyl polymer. pMDI device containing the above-mentioned container is also described.

EFFECT: above-mentioned group of inventions can be used for the treatment of respiratory diseases, also guaranteeing good stability of chemical components over the time, excellent spraying efficiency, as well as low GWP.
