SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition delivered from a metered dose inhaler, comprising: a suspension medium comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable propellant; two or more types of active agent particles, wherein at least one type of particles of active agent comprises solid particles of a micronised active agent; and one or more types of respirable suspending particles other than particles of active agent, wherein one or more of the respirable suspending particles are substantially insoluble in suspension medium and contains dried perforated microstructures comprising phospholipid and wherein active agent particles are attached to suspending particles to form a co-suspension through dispersion with suspending particles in suspension medium.
EFFECT: invention broadens range of storage-stable medicinal agents, which are a suspension for inhalation.
