SUBSTANCE: invention represents co-suspension for respiratory delivery of active substance by means of inhalator with measured dose, with co-suspension containing: suspension medium, which contains pharmaceutically acceptable propellent; multitude of solid micronized particles of active substance; and multitude of suitable for inhalation suspending particles, different from particles of active substance, and including dry perforated microstructures of phospholipid particles, which in fact are insoluble in propellent, and where particles of active substance are bound to suspending particles with formation of co-suspension by dispersion with suspending particles in suspension medium.
EFFECT: extension of assortment of stable in storage medications, representing inhalation suspension.
