FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: simulator for performing the power physical exercise by the user, containing a rocking lever (20) moved by the user to perform the work, and the load (30) connected to it to counteract the work of the user. There are control devices (50, 51) for current control of work (Vb; Fb) of the user and to compare it with at least one reference value (Vr; Fr) set manually or automatically. The simulator comprises, in addition, the adjusting device (60) connected operatively to the control devices (50, 51) and which influences the load (30) so that it initiates its automatic increase in case if the identified work is greater than the recommended work, and the automatic load reduction (30) in the case if the identified work is less than the recommended work.
EFFECT: reduced risk of injury during training.
