FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes device for passive application of tapping force in user's footsteps, method of measuring therapy effectiveness when using device and a therapy method using the device (embodiments), relates to medical equipment and is intended for passive massage by raising a user's legs up and tapping in a sitting or lying position. Device comprises housing; a mechanism defining an axis connected to the housing and configured to define a swinging axis; at least one pedal for placing a user foot on it, mounted on a swinging axis used for swinging at least one pedal; engine installed inside the housing and configured to create rotational motion of the engine output shaft; pedal rocking mechanism and at least one bumper. Pedal pivot mechanism is connected with engine output shaft and is configured to convert rotary motion generated by engine into reciprocating motion in the form of swinging up and down at least one pedal around swinging axis. At least one bumper connected to the body by means of a thread located at a distance from the lower part of at least one pedal and configured to adjust the distance relative to the body and the possibility of changing the distance from the upper part of the bumper to the contact surface of the pedal by rotating the body of the bumper, which is performed by annular jack by means of tensioning cable. Tension of the rope is controlled by the handle of the force controller, wherein reciprocating rocking motion of at least one pedal, provided by the pedal rocking mechanism, provides positive application of force for movement of lower part of pedal from at least one bumper. Engine, pedal swinging mechanism, at least one pedal and at least one bumper are combined so that by means of pedal swinging mechanism positive application of force to at least one pedal leads to that during operation of engine lower part of at least one pedal is struck by at least one bumper, to impart pulsating acceleration to user foot, wherein said pulsating acceleration has sufficient force to increase pulsatile stress of endothelial shear to a value sufficient to release useful mediators.
EFFECT: invention provides therapeutic release of beneficial substances into the blood circulation system of the user by swinging his legs and tapping on them, increasing the pulsating stress of the endothelium shift.
