SUBSTANCE: device for oral care is proposed, having numerous pads (400) for cleaning tissue, located at a distance from each other, arranged radially around the central axis (450) to form groups. Each pad has an inner region (420, 430) located near the central axis and an outer region located at a distance from the central axis, and the inner region (420, 430) is raised relative to the outer region and has scraping surfaces along certain edge areas for improved cleaning the soft tissues in the mouth cavity. Each pad comprises additionally preferably one or more protrusions (920, 930) on its upper surface.
EFFECT: improvement of the cleaner.
