SUBSTANCE: wheel has framework structure, which consists of at least, one layer of framework, at least one circular reinforcement structure, joined to the framework structure, one thread band in the radial outer position relative the framework structure, and a pair of sidewalls on opposite positions of the frame structure. The framework layer has several elongated elements, which have a U-shape around the profile of the cross-section of the tyre. The framework structure has two lateral sections spaced apart on an axis, and a crown section, passing through in the radial outer position between the lateral sections. Only part of the set of elongated elements is wrapped around, at least, one circular reinforcement structure.
