SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to method of fungicidal, bactericidal and/or anti-oxidation processing of fruit or vegetables, including application of composition of essential oil and/or one of its components or their mixtures in form of solution in dialkyleneglycol.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise more uniform application of composition on fruit and vegetables in effective way, reduce amount of active substance and restrict residual quantity in processed products.
