SUBSTANCE: detergent for surface cleaning from organic contaminants includes components in the following ratio, wt.%: glycerol 3.0-3.5, kaolin 3.0-3.5, citric acid 1.0-3.0, lactic acid 1, 0-5.0, acetic acid 0.5-2.0, malic acid 1.0-3.0, L-ascorbic acid 1.0-3.0, magnesium sulphate 0.3-1.5, potassium carbonate 0.3-1.5, cellulose 0.3-1.5, fumaric acid 0.3-1.5, tartaric acid 0.3-1.5, propionic acid 0.3-1.5, extract and essential anise oil 0.3-1.5, sodium bicarbonate 1.0-3.0, sage oil 1.0-3.0, clove extract and essential oil 1.0-3.0, peppermint extract and essential oil 1 0-3.0, thyme essential oil 1.0-3.0, cinnamon extract 0.1-0.5, water up to 100%.

EFFECT: proposed detergent has a high antibacterial and disinfectant effect, has effective cleaning properties that remove limescale, old rust, soap and grease.
