SUBSTANCE: device contains a passage for a gas flow; a hydrophilic carrier permeable for the gas flow and made with the possibility of containing a chemical that contacts with the gas; a unit for fluid transfer to the carrier; and a controller made with the possibility to control the transfer unit in order to transfer the water solution of the soluble chemical to the carrier; and to transfer the liquid in case when the humidity of the gas entering the carrier is below the first humidity limit, or to terminate liquid transfer if the humidity of the gas entering the carrier exceeds the second humidity limit.
EFFECT: device for gas cleaning has the high efficiency of gas cleaning at any relative humidity.
