FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: under the method comprising turning of caprolon blanks, when the blank and a cutting tool are provided with the relating movement of formation, feeding is performed discretely, the cutting speed, cutting depth and longitudinal feed are set. The cutting speed, cutting depth and longitudinal feed are set corresponding to the stable state of the dynamic system machine - accessory - tool - blank. Turning is performed at the cutting speed up to 145 m/s, cutting depth of 1.0 mm, longitudinal feed of 0.1 mm/rev.
EFFECT: higher quality of the turned surface, and better physical and mechanical properties of products.
