SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry. A coke oven battery comprises multiple coke oven chambers (1), each having a device for the automatic removal of carbon deposits (11) from flow channels (10) of coke ovens. A compressed air main line (12) connects the multiple coke oven chambers (1) and comprises one outlet which, in the direction of the flow, ends in a locked auxiliary pipe (13), having a pipe end (19) for releasing compressed air (15) arriving at the point where a large part of the deposits (11) is collected. A digital computing unit reads, analyses and controls control values from one pressure sensor or one thermocouple, and the blowing of compressed air (15) into the auxiliary pipe (13) into one descending channel (10) is turned on through the said computing unit depending on the measured values.

EFFECT: invention provides the stable operation of coke oven chambers.
