SUBSTANCE: thermal imaging system for external thermal imaging comprises a processing unit - microprocessor controller, a memory unit and a display unit, which represent a computer, a thermal imager and a device for determining ambient temperature parameters, which consists of two plates made of materials with different reflection and absorption coefficients. High accuracy of measuring temperature values of a control object is achieved via the adjustment of the said values in accordance with the measured ambient temperature values, which are measured by the two plates and taken as reference values.
