SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of prescription components, cutting and sautéing in cooking oil onion, shredder and freezing fresh ornamental cabbage, grating cheese, cut meat scallop, pickles, canned olives and canned caper, mixing these components with the lemon juice, tomato paste, salt , black pepper, fragrant pepper and bay leaves, packing the resulting mixture and drinking water, sealing and sterilization.

EFFECT: method allows you to get a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing the organoleptic properties of the desired product.
