FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned second lunch dishes. Method comprises preparing prescription components, cutting carrots, chopping freezing fresh ornamental cabbage and mixing these components with part of salt to produce garnish. Horse meat, pork and garlic are cut and chopped, mixed with remaining part of salt and black pepper to produce minced meat. Minced meat are shaped cigarlike, breadcrumbed and fried in cooking oil to produce meat chops. Meat chops, garnish and bone broth are sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new canned foods using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing organoleptic properties of target product.
