FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: claimed textured sheet is subjected to crushing of magnetic domains by development of strain. Note here that the sheet includes the isolating coating with perfect isolating properties and resistance to corrosion. Linear deformation of said sheet is developed by irradiation with high-energy beam. Note also that said linear deformation extends in direction intersecting the steel sheet rolling direction. Note here that the fraction of irradiation marks zone within the limits of irradiation zone makes some 2-20%. Note also that the portion of the zone of ledges of diameter making 1.5 mcm or more with the limits of irradiation zone makes some 60% or less. The portion of exposed steel substrate sections in the irradiation mark makes 90% or less.
EFFECT: decreased losses in iron.
