FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to cartridge assemblies for a medicine delivery apparatus. Assembly comprises: a cartridge (301) capable of accommodating a medicinal product (307), wherein the cartridge comprises a dispensing end (306); a cartridge holder (302), wherein the cartridge holder forms an internal section (303) retaining the cartridge, and the cartridge is located inside the cartridge-retaining section, a fastener (322). The fastener therein comprises a fastening surface (324) positioned so as to abut against the cartridge surface (313) to prevent the cartridge from being removed from the cartridge holder, so that the cartridge is constantly fixed in the cartridge holder. The cartridge surface therein constitutes a proximal surface facing from the dispensing end of the cartridge. The cartridge surface is therein located between the dispensing end of the cartridge and the end opposite to the dispensing end. The fastener is therein made integral with the cartridge holder. The cartridge (301) also comprises a head part (310) with a dispensing end (306) and a main part (311), wherein a narrow part (312) with a reduced diameter is provided between the head part and the main part, while the cartridge surface (313) constitutes a surface restricting the head part in the axial direction. The cartridge-retaining section (303) therein comprises a distal area, wherein the distal area is located distally relative to the fastening surface (324), while a cartridge-guiding element (326) is provided in the distal area and the cartridge-guiding element is displaced distally relative to the fastening surface by a distance (B) greater than or equal to the thickness (A) of the membrane (308) of the cartridge (301). The distance (B) is therein less than or equal to the axial length of the head part (310) of the cartridge.

EFFECT: ensured delivery of medicinal products by means of an apparatus provided with a cartridge.
