SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to electronic switching equipment, and namely to current-switching circuit operated depending on the preset switching signal. When current (Ic) is switched by means of control circuit (42) control voltage is generated at control input (50) of semiconductor power switch (44). Programmable device (56) of control circuit (42) sets the value of switching parameter, at that specific value of switching parameter may be varied during operation of control circuit (42).
EFFECT: reduced switching losses in semiconductor power switch.
