FIELD: medicine; veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating bone fractures in humans and animals. Bone osteosynthesis is performed, including installation of metal plate at fracture fixed to the bone by screws and using blood preparations. Plate has cylindrical recess with diameter 0.3-1.0 mm and depth 0.3-1.0 mm in amount of 10-20 per 1 cm2. After sterilisation of plate its contacting with bone surface is covered with lyophilized autogenous thrombocytic mass produced from 2-5 ml of patient's venous blood after two-stage centrifuging and freeze drying.
EFFECT: method provides reduced period of treatment and rehabilitation, reducing accompanying injuries and risk of complications.
