FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for canned second course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Fresh ornamental cabbage is chopped and frozen. Mushrooms and bulb onions are chopped. Apples are pulped. Wheat flour is sautéed in melted fat. Listed components are mixed with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, and hot black pepper. Cutting, mealing in wheat flour, and frying in melted butter of fish fillet is performed. Fish fillet, prepared mixture, and fish broth, are packed, sealed, and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetable raw materials.
