FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned lunch second courses. Recipe ingredients are prepared, cut and sauteed in vegetable oil carrots and bulb onions. Cut, cooked and minced light. Heart is cut and minced. Listed components are mixed with part of salt and black hot pepper to produce mince. Fresh ornamental cabbages are taken apart and blanched. Mince is moulded into cabbage leaves to produce cabbage rolls. One mixes tomato puree, drinking water, sugar, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper and allspice and cooks to produce a sauce. Cabbage rolls are packed, vegetable oil and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get a new tinned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing organoleptic properties of desired product.
