SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacturing canned second courses. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Prepared carrots and bulb onions are cut and browned in melted fat. Prepared lungs are cut, cooked and minced. Prepared heart is cut and minced. Listed ingredients are mixed with part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce mince. Fresh ornamental cabbages are taken apart and blanched. Mince is moulded into cabbage leaves to produce cabbage rolls. Tomato puree, drinking water, sugar, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper and allspice are mixed, the mixture is cooked to produce a sauce. Cabbage rolls, melted fat and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new type of canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
