FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages recipe components preparation, heart and lights cutting, cooking and mincing. Carrots and bulb onions are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and minced. The listed ingredients are mixed with part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce mince. One performs taking fresh white cabbages to leaves, their freezing and defrostation, mince moulding into cabbage leaves to produce cabbage rolls. One proceeds with sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the flour mixing with tomato puree, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper and allspice to produce a sauce. The cabbage rolls and the sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised. The components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: heart - 154.4, lights - 164.8, vegetable oil - 72.4, bulb onions - 95.2 - 96.4, carrots - 47.4-48.6, fresh white cabbages - 771.6, sunflower flour - 5.3, tomato puree in conversion to 12% of dry substances content - 126.4, sugar - 15.6, salt - 8, black hot pepper - 1, allspice - 0.12, water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
