SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of municipal services, namely, a device for melting snow during winter maintenance of streets and urban areas. Snow-melting machine consists of snow-melting chamber and covers located on top of snow-melting chamber. Machine also includes a discharge channel for removing defrost water after melting, forms a serpentine pipe system filled with antifreeze or water, and a pump for the continuous circulation of fluid through the conduit during the melting of the snow mass. Heat source used in the machine inductor consisting of inducing wires through which an alternating magnetic field. At this inductor is made in the form of coils wound directly on the pipes for heating the circulating liquid due to thermal influence of the eddy currents.

EFFECT: invention provides the opportunity to work with the snow-melting machine start, as well as the design is simple, low cost and efficiency.
