FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for assessing the threat of hemic anaemia among pregnant women in the third trimester of gestation in case of acute cytomegaloviral infection. Method involves measuring in erythrocyte membranes of the cytomegalovirus antibody titre, content of activity of adenylate cyclase in peripheral blood erythrocytes and ATP. If cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1,600 and there is noted a reduction of content in peripheral blood of erythrocytes with activity of adenylate cyclase up to 10.0 ± 0.2 %, ATP - up to 0.52 ± 0.04 mmol/ml and oxyhaemoglobin - up to 96.3 ± 1.7 %, the risk of a pregnant woman hemic anaemia shall be estimated.
EFFECT: estimation of hemic anaemia risk for pregnant women in the third trimester of gestation in case of an acute cytomegaloviral infection.
