FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for assessing developing threatening hemic anaemia in pregnant women. For this purpose, the number of unsaturated fatty acids in peripheral blood erythrocytes with further evaluation of their functional state. Quantitative evaluation of reaction products on unsaturated fatty acids is carried out after the smears in 10% neutral formalin and processing in per-formic acid for 2 hours at room temperature. After that, samples for 10 minutes are treated with Schiff reagent, and then washed, clarified and enclosed in polystyrene. Reaction products on unsaturated fatty acids are detected by computed cytophotometry in relative density of reaction products in standard units per 1 erythrocyte taking into account the coloured granules. Higher level of fatty acid peroxide to 85.3 ± 1.60 standard units and reducing the number of unsaturated fatty acids to 21.00 ± 0.40 standard units and oxyhaemoglobin to 92.0 ± 1.8 % marked threat of pregnant woman hemic anaemia.
EFFECT: invention allows evaluating development risk hemic anaemia in pregnant women with underlying aggravated at the third trimester of gestation chronic cytomegalovirus infection.
