SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles, namely placement of optical lighting devices locomotive railway transport, installation and placement and controlled from the vehicle. For this purpose, spotlight locomotive railway transport light emitters introduced modules that act as transmitters of information, use as a medium of information transfer atmospheric open channel and on protective glass of lighting device has set of photodetectors. Device has ability to connect to security system of locomotive, listen to information transmitted in it, and send yourself into it signals; infrared photodetectors are mounted on protective glass floodlight locomotive rail transport; transmitting module consists of LEDs visible or infrared spectrum; to form transmitted signal is used and low-power modulator keys, which control small current as compared with current operating mode; processing received signal using demodulator, bandpass filter, integrating amplifier with limiter.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase level of safety of traction rolling stock of railway transport.
