SUBSTANCE: claimed reel comprises a rotation-symmetric conical core. The reel core has the first end, one or several first locking areas and the first flange. The said flange has one or several first locking elements. One or several second locking areas are located at the reel core first end. One or several second locking elements are located at the first flange. The second locking elements are engaged with the second locking areas when the first locking elements are engaged with the first locking areas. The first locking elements can engage with the first locking areas at the core first end. The first locking elements can be forced by the wind-up material in the direction of locking the first areas at winding.
EFFECT: simplified design, reliable locking of the flange on the reel core.
