SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for catching small rodents, particularly mice and rats. Trap includes a base, a bait holder, a spring-loaded frame and a cock. Bait holder is attached to base and comprises two vertical L-shaped members. Vertical bait holder elements are located opposite each other on opposite sides of cock with a clearance. Vertical portions of L-shaped elements arranged in a single transverse to plane of base of trap. Horizontal portions of L-shaped elements are mounted so that their side edges are located along longitudinal axis of base of trap.

EFFECT: catching small rodents.
