FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: multichannel rail discharger contains a tight dielectric casing (1), made in the form of a single in the cross-section structure, with installed in it parallel to each other long main electrodes (2) and installed between them ignition electrodes (4) with a cone tip located along the axis perpendicular to axes of the main electrodes (2), and made isolated from each other. Wherein to the central ignition electrode (4) a union of gas supply (8) of the discharger is connected, to each main electrode (2) a charging electric circuit of positive and negative polarity is connected, and to the ignition electrodes (4) a starting electric circuit is connected.
EFFECT: creation of the low inductance multichannel rail discharger with two polarity charging, ensuring reduced losses in an oscillating circuit of the capacitive storage on an active resistor of the discharger, and an increased impact stress of the storage.
