FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the preparation of shielding materials. First, liquid oligomeric resin comprising (5-15)% of silanol groups corresponding to the general formula: HO{[MeSi(OH)O][Me2SiO]m}nH, where Me - methyl; m and n - integers or fractional numbers: m = 1-3, n = 3-10, with a molecular weight of 900-2400 and a viscosity of 520-1700 cps, was subjected to vacuum distillation at a temperature of (115-130)°C to a toluene (0.5-1.0) wt.%. Then prepare an impregnating solution comprising (5-7) wt.% Of said resin oligomer and a solvent, e.g., toluene. Starting material is regenerated cellulose, such as unidirectional tape viscose fabrics, viscose fabrics single layer twill weave, a multilayer viscose fabric, woven mesh material is impregnated with the impregnating solution obtained was dried at (150-170)°C and subjected thermo-relaxation at (180-200)°With free recovery mode. Then carbonized at a final temperature of 600°C and the degree of deformation (-25)% to (30)%, and high temperature treatment is carried out in an inert atmosphere at temperatures up to 2500°C and the degree of deformation (-10)% to (30)%.
EFFECT: obtaining carbon fibrous materials with high physical-mechanical properties, while reducing flammability process.
