FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: parental cellulose hydrate fibrous silicon-containing material is impregnated with antipyrene solution, subjected for thermal treatment in the air at 100-150 C followed by carbonization at the moderate temperature increment from 150 C to 300-600 C under vacuummetric pressure 300-900 Pa in the medium of inert gas. Then product is subjected for thermal treatment in inert medium at 1000-2000 C. Pyrolysis products from the carbonization stage were absorbed with alkaline solutions.
