FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, in chemical industry etc. Technical result is achieved by the fact that centrifugal swirl atomizer comprises housing, coupling nut, insert with tangential channels, flow swirling chamber, nozzle and disc adjoining the end of the Insert on the side of tangential channels, the insert and disk are made of cermet, inlet edges of tangential channels are rounded in coupling nut end surface axially symmetric body, a central hole, which consists of cylindrical part and conical part while insert has at least three tangential channels located in plane perpendicular to axis of the housing, as well as swirling chamber connected with tangential channels aligned body throttling hole located in the lower part of the insert and disc adjoining the end of the Insert on the side of tangential channels perpendicular to housing axis, and the end surface of the captive nut is secured axisymmetric to the casing the liquid flow divider made up of perforated conical shell with base fixed by screws on the end surface of the captive nut, the top of conical shell surface is directed toward fluid flow swirler, and in lower part of the divider fixed spherical perforated segment so that the top of conical shell coincides with center of spherical surface of the perforated segment.
EFFECT: high efficiency of spraying due to reduced hydraulic resistance of the injector while maintaining flow characteristics, providing homogeneous mixing with inflowing medium.
