FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal vortex nozzle contains chassis, cap nut, insert with tapered thread of tangential channels, swirling chamber, nozzle and disc adjacent to the end of the liner by tangential channels. Liner and disk are made of cermets, input edge of tangential channels are rounded. In the face of the sleeve nut, axisymmetric to the body, the central hole is made, consisting of the cylindrical part and of the conical part. The liner has tangential channels, which are situated in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the chassis, as well as the swirling chamber connected with tangential channels. Coaxial housing orifice is arranged in the lower part of the insert. The disk is adjacent to end face of the insert at side of the tangential channels perpendicular to the casing axis. To the end surface of the union nut, axially symmetric body, secured liquid flow divider, designed as a perforated conical shell with a base, fastened with screws on the end face of the union nut. The apex of the conical surface of the shell is directed away from the swirler of the liquid flow, and in the lower part of the divider the spherical perforated segment is fixed in such a way that the apex of the conical shell coincides with the center of the spherical surface of the perforated segment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomizing due to reduced hydraulic resistance of the atomizer at keeping the flow characteristics, provision for homogeneous mixing with the inflow medium.
