FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry, heat power engineering. This is achieved by the fact that in the centrifugal nozzle containing the housing, the union nut, insert with downstream tapering tangential channels, a twisting chamber, a nozzle and a disk adjacent to the insert end face from the tangential channels side, wherein the liner and the disk are made of cermet, the tangential channels input edges are rounded, in the union nut end face, axially symmetrical to the housing, a central hole is made, consisting of a cylindrical part and a conical part, and the insert has at least three tangential channels located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing, as well as a twisting chamber connected to tangential channels, coaxial to the housing, a throttle opening located at the bottom of the insert, and a disc adjacent to the insert end from the tangential channels side perpendicular to the axis of the housing, and to the union nut end surface, axially symmetric to the housing, a liquid flow divider is mounted, made in the form of a perforated conical shell with a base fixed with screws on the union nut end face, wherein the shell conical surface vertex is directed away from the liquid flow swirler, and the spherical perforated segment is fixed in the flow divider lower part in such a way that the conical shell top coincides with the center of the perforated segment spherical surface.

EFFECT: high efficiency of spraying due to reduced hydraulic resistance of the injector while maintaining flow characteristics, providing homogeneous mixing with inflowing medium.
