SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly medical dermatology and cryology, and can be used for treating skin diseases. Pathological centre is sprayed under high pressure liquefied oxygen temperature-183 °C or nitrogen-oxygen mixture temperature-196 °C. Exposure is carried out depending on severity of pathological changes at a pressure of 0.3-1.0 MPa at a distance of 0.2 to 10-15 cm with exposure of 0.5-5.0 seconds per field effects up to 1-4 times at an interval corresponding to time of thawing tissue.

EFFECT: providing a method improve results of treatment of skin diseases, including treatment of HLA-deterministic processes - for psoriasis, neurodermatitis, eczema, due to strengthening of reparative processes in tissues, including those resulting oxygenation of skin tissues.
