FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for joining of at least two parallel pipes, cables or other extended elements when performing offshore operations, for example during pipe laying. The offered clamp (40) for the placement of one element on another for underwater laying of at least two extended elements with the placement of one element on another, containing a set of parts (42) of the clamp located around for clamping of extended elements, while each of the parts of the clamp has at least two essentially parallel spaced chamfers with a form to ensure partial passing around the respective extended elements; and holders (54) implemented with a possibility of holding of parts of the clamp together when they are brought together in such a way that the application by the parts of the assembled clamp of forces to the extended elements in the chamfer is provided.
