FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of optimal dimensions and shape of ship bottom-hole pipe, route of its location on the ship. Pipe is placed between two end flanges, flanges are connected by adjusting pattern and coordinates of control points applied on it by electronic device are measured. Measuring station is used containing two acoustic radiator triple-mike receiving antenna, connected via three-channel electronic unit with computer. Rod is equipped with laser target designator and microphones antenna set, while meeting the conditions of direct visibility between the control points and microphones on walls and/or equipment of vessel premises in the form of equilateral triangle the plane of which shall be opposite pattern and at a distance from its nearest point of not less than size of the side of said triangle. Axis of microphones must be directed towards the middle point of tightening the length of template, and the length of triangle sides should be within 0.5÷0.7 from the size of tightening length of the template. Rearranging meter remove multiple values, store values in computer memory, create route and configuration of the pipe, bend the pipe.
EFFECT: simplified technology of equipment design and assembly.
