FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in equipment for winding of warp and fabric. Device for determination of winding density of reeled materials equipped with a pulse sensor measuring roll RPM, computer, pulse sensor of roll radius, relay unit, two analogue-to-digital converters, scaling unit, adder accumulator, a divider unit and recording device. Roll RPM pulse sensor is connected to the first input of relay unit. Second input of relay unit and input of first analog-to-digital converter are connected to roll radius sensor. Output of relay unit is connected with input of adder accumulator via series-connected second analog-to-digital converter and scaling block. Adder input is connected to the first input of dividing unit. Second input of diving unit is connected to output of computing unit. Computing unit input is connected with output of the first analog-to-digital converter. Output of diving unit is connected to recording device.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of winding density control with due allowance for operating voltage.
