SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of plant growth and development regulators, in particular stimulators of starch production in higher plant leaves. Claimed preparation represents aqueous solution of bioactive ingredient such as hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 5·10-6-5·10-3 M (1.7·10-4 - 1.7·10-1 g/l).
EFFECT: effective stimulation of starch production; increased crop yield; improved quality of agriculture products.
