FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: claimed engine comprises the independent source of low-temperature plasma, neutral particle entrapping and ion regeneration system and plasma accelerator. The plasma accelerator is composed of the induction cyclotron divided by two aligned pairs of parallel screens with clearances into dees. Said dees make homogeneous, identical and invariable electric fields of opposite-direction of electric-field vectors. It has the output gas channels that make the main adapter ferromagnetics with solenoids. The output straight gas dielectric channels of the engine are communicated via the flow electric valves with the main adapters while said channels are interconnected via said adapter ferromagnetics with solenoids. Magnetic field inside the plasma accelerator is induced by the set of solenoids arranged inside the cylindrical ferromagnetic its part making the plasma accelerator cylindrical wall.

EFFECT: higher specific burn, decreased weight and overall dimensions, lower power consumption.
