FIELD: data protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of protecting data in lottery. Application enables to obtain quite simple protection of data in lottery, but with higher degree of protection of data than in conventional technical solutions. In compliance with this invention, when lottery participants acquire lottery tickets using mobile communication means, following steps are performed: recorded in lottery database number of mobile communication means, from which its user sends request to participate in lottery with indication of its bet by assigning number of unique identifier and transmitting said unique identifier to mobile communication device. Recorded in lottery database number and (or) address of other communication means connected with same user, number and (or) address does not match number of which is assigned unique identifier. In case of loss of prize on bet transmitted to another communication device PIN of given gain.
EFFECT: gain issued to user at simultaneous his presentation of identifier and PIN and their coincidence with data in lottery database.
