FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. Complex control device of power flows and short-circuit current limitation, containing three controlled transformers consisting of three windings related magnetic coupling. One of the windings are connected to the break of controlled phases of power transmission line. Second windings are connected to linear voltage phases, different from the controlled. Data of the winding is performed by changing the voltage vector of additional injection of an active component of power in controlled phase. Third windings are connected to phase voltage of controlled phases. Data of the winding is performed by changing the voltage vector of additional injection of reactive power component in controlled phase. Device performs reduced short-circuit currents, increasing reactive resistance of windings, connected to the break of power transmission line.

EFFECT: technical result of the device operation consists in control of power flow, as well as short-circuit current limitation in transit networks 35-220 kV.
