FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to foam materials resistant to high temperatures and obtaining them as a result of conversion of reaction mixtures from organic polyisocyanates and organic polyepoxides by addition of foaming agents and catalysts, accelerating isocyanate/epoxide reaction, into final foamed, no longer melting resin at stage C, as well as to thereof application. Described are foam materials, resistant to high temperatures, which are obtained as a results of interaction of a) at least one organic polyisocyanate with b) at least one organic compound, containing at least two epoxy groups, in such amount, which corresponds to equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups and epoxy groups from 1.2:1 to 500:1, e) if necessary in presence of auxiliary substances and additives, with interaction being carried out in presence of formic acid as foaming agent and in case of necessity two chemical and/or physical foaming agents T) and catalyst f), accelerating isocyanate/epoxide reaction. The invention discloses methods for obtaining foam materials, resistant to high temperatures, by interaction of described component a) with components b), e), with interaction being carried out in presence of formic acid as foaming agent and in presence of d) stabiliser from the group, consisting of organic esters of sulphonic acids, methyl-iodide, dimethylsulphate, benzynesulphonic acid anhydride, benzynesulphonic acid, trimethylsilyltrifluoromethanesulphonate, product of interaction of benzynesulphonic acid with epoxides, as well as their mixtures, and if necessary other chemical and/or physical foaming agents T) and catalyst f), accelerating isocyanate/epoxide reaction, with foaming. Also disclosed is method for obtaining foam materials, resistant to high temperatures, by means of (i) mixing a) and b) components, (ii) reaction of this mixture with addition of c) tertiary amine as catalyst to intermediate product and (iii) interruption of reaction when conversion of not more than 60% of isocyanate groups of isocyanate a) is achieved, by addition of at least equivalent to amine c) quantity of d) stabiliser, so that obtained is intermediate stable resin at stage B with viscosity in the interval from 1500 to 20000 mPa·c at 25°C, if necessary in presence of auxiliary substances and additives, with mixture, obtained at stage (iii) as a result of addition of formic acid as foaming agent and in case of necessity other chemical and/or physical foaming agents T) and catalyst f), accelerating isocyanate/epoxide reaction, being converted into foamed state. The invention also describes application of obtained foam materials, resistant to high temperatures, and application of foam-generating mixtures at the end of foaming to foam material, resistant to high temperature.
EFFECT: obtaining foam materials, resistant to high temperatures, with very good mechanical properties, which can be obtained by simple method, so that they can be manufactured for short time of mould filling in industrial production.
