FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor-building industry and can be used in compressors with independent liquid cooling. Compressor consists of cylinder 1 with piston 2 to make working volume 4, injection cavity 5, pressure valve 6, suction cavity 7, suction valve 8. Around working volume 4 there is liquid cooling jacket 9. Its lower part is connected to a source of cooling liquid in the form of circular jacket 10 via two channels 11 and 12. Upper part of cooling jacket 9 is connected by channel 13 with injection cavity 5. Due to fluid flow in cooling jackets 9 and 10 there is intensified a heat release from gas compression into the environment, which takes place without additional mechanical costs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced specific expenditures on production of compressed gas.
